If you need more specialist care
If you need more specialist treatment, or more time set aside for a specific treatment, we will book it after your initial consultation. This may include a biomechanical assessment, Swift verruca treatment, or Ingrown Toenail Surgery.
Your first appointment
Your first visit is the same 40 minutes as a routine appointment. We take your details, including your general health, any medication and the problem that has brought you in, then examine your feet and give your first treatment in the same appointment. We will explain what we have found and agree a plan with you.

How do I know which appointment to book?
You do not need to. When you book, we will ask a few questions about your feet and book you in with the right person, whether that is one of our podiatrists or a foot health practitioner.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You can book directly with us.
Do you offer home visits?
No. All appointments are at the clinic.
How do I pay?
All fees are paid on the day of your visit. We take card payments.
Can I claim the cost back from my insurer?
We will give you a receipt so you can claim from your insurer, and we can provide information for insurance companies. To find out how you could claim back your money for podiatric care, visit Simplyhealth.
