Diabetic Foot Assessment
Your annual diabetic foot check, done as part of your routine appointment.
Why it matters
Everyone with diabetes should have their feet checked once a year. A diabetic foot assessment is an important preventative step you can take control of, as part of your general diabetes care.
What the assessment includes
At Earlsgate Podiatry we offer the assessment as part of your routine podiatry treatment. It covers:
- Vascular assessment of the foot (circulation)
- Neurological assessment of the foot (sensation)
- Written information to take away
- Footwear advice and contacts
- Referrals if needed

If you would like, we can send a copy of your results to your doctor for their records.
